Love all that it monitors

I just received it and started using it now. So far it feels good. I was a little bit worried if that ring might not fit my fingers, but it's fine, it fits well. I'm really looking forward to keep using it and the results!

So far so good only arrived this morning so not had it on long enough yet to understand or test out the full range of what this ring can do. I love the fit & the colour I chose (gold), glad I opted for that one now & not black.

A little difficult for me to set up

The ring is very comfortable and fits great. The price, instructions, the app, and setup easy and fast. The shipping was slow but seems to be the way things are today:). I will be wearing to compare to my other wrist health activity and monitoring device. Love the ring and no monthly subscriber fee!

I am very big I went by the measurement with the paper it was telling to get a 13 but that is the biggest size so it may me wonder how would bigger people get a ring the does fit on my ring finger but some what tilt on my middle and index finger. so be careful when ordering.

Many other programs only allow one ring at a time so if you have different color rings, you have to disconnect and reconnect each time you change rings.

I purchased a Hertz P1 smart ring size 10 in rose gold to wear on the middle finger of my left hand. I like the fit, color, and durability so far. My only notes for daily wear are that I am a little hesitant to use it with a squat barbell at the gym since they have grips on them that are rough but for all other equipment it has been great. I also sometimes get nervous when washing my hands or using chemicals with the ring on as I don’t want to damage it by accident. The sensors overall seem pretty accurate with my only notice being when I am laying down for extended periods of time but not sleeping it sometimes can read as sleeping. I hope to maybe see an anxiety measurement in the future as the stress one is very helpful. The app is very cool with so many different gadgets attached to it. There are things like games that I didn’t even think were possible. Overall I am happy with the product so far over the past month and can’t wait to test the durability and tech even more.

My main goal for buying a smart ring was to track my sleep statistics, and the Herz P1 does not disappoint. It shows me the total number of hours I slept, how many hours I was actually awake during that time, my REM sleep, light sleep, and deep sleep. It will even track my medical stats such as average heart rate, body temperature, and average blood oxygen all while I’m sleeping. Then it will take all of these numbers and give me a Sleep Score up to 100%. It is extremely comfortable, and I don’t have to worry about constantly checking my battery because it will let me know when I need to charge it again, usually after six days.

Love my new ring and can’t wait to see the results.
