Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Herz P1. If something isn't right, our team is here to help - whether that's troubleshooting, a replacement, or a return.

To start a return or exchange, email support@herzp1.com or SMS +1 (888) 256-4198 with your order number. We'll confirm your return address and send instructions within one business day.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery in original condition.
