It's great tool to track sleep quality and other health vitals, can be integrated into Apple Health on iPhone.

Ring was too big and they replaced it with a band right away. Really good customer service.

I have just received this. I am completing the review while it is charging so I can get my warranty. So far the unboxing has been fun. There are several band types which I appreciate. The charge cable connection was flawless.

It’s great tool to track your sleep patterns and identify where it needs to be improved. Highly recommended for everyone .

For the affordable price it does everything I need and has a simple clean look.

Good communication throughout, just charging up my wristband and ring now so will come back later and let you know how they are working.

I don’t like that I had to leave a review to activate the warranty. I’ve the watch about a month, and really have not seen any real benefit. The battery did last about 30 days, as advertised. That’s why I gave it 4 stars .

I’m still getting used to the app. A more detailed description of the device and stats being measured would be useful.

I have been using the Herz P1 smart band for the past 4 days. I wanted it to mostly my monitor my heart rate, but I enjoy seeing how I slept and how many steps I take in a day. It was easy to get it going. I wish it came with a booklet to describe what each of the functions does exactly and how to read it. I am looking online for such information. I thought I wouldn't wear it to bed, but I hardly notice it. I have a skinny wrist, it came with 2 band sizes, the smaller one is perfect for me. Overall I'm satisfied, it's pretty cool.

It’s affordable and useful. It tracks down heart monitor well and works well while working out without falling off!
