The scale has an appealing modern. design and seems to be very durable. The app is easy to download and it automatically connects my phone to the smart scale.

Excellent piece of kit, great design easy setup very easy app to use. Provides a wealth of useful body composition information and the build quality is top notch. I really like the fact there’s no monthly subscription which a lot of other comparable scales have. In conclusion I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

Overall very good experience. Apps easy to find and install and use on both Apple and Android Phones. Comparing to multiple other scales it seems to be very accurate and the reports are quite informative and interesting. I just need more motivation to stop eating ;-)

Accurate readings, as far as I can tell. The app is so informative that it really motivates me to exercise more precisely to address areas of need. It is SO MUCH MORE than just a BMI result! I love that it gives me muscle mass for all areas of my body and not just body fat percentages! This is a game changer if you're motivated to make the changes.

So much more than a scale! This scale has so much health information along with the diagnostic information that it is staggering. Informative. Innovative. Creative. I love it!

Looks really smart and a good product. Was very easy to set up and get the first reading. Can’t really comment on its accuracy as I’ve only done one reading but there was a few interesting pieces of data some which I really don’t agree with. I have a Renpho standard weight scale which only measures the biometrics from your feet so I’m sure it’s more accurate than that but when comparing it and judging the look of my own body I would say the Renpho is closer to being correct. It has my body fat at 17% and my Renpho is 32%. Looking at my body and imagines of body fat examples online I’m definitely in the high 20’s / low 30’s so I’m confident that 17% reading is not true. It may get more accurate the more data it collects on me, I don’t know. It states that my left arm has more muscle mass than my right which doesn’t seem correct to me. My right arm is half inch bigger than my left and you can feel it is muscle not fat, not mention it’s my dominate side and a lot stronger. It also has my fitness / body age at 25 which seems really low to me, Renpho and garmin have me at late 30’s. It had my visceral fat at 8 while Renpho has it at 15 It noted my heart rate at 106bpm while my garmin vivosmart was registering at 76bpm; however, when my partner weighed herself it matched her heart rate the same as her garmin fenix watch. All other readings which were compatible with my other devices were close and not a million miles apart so I think it’s pretty accurate, it actually put most of my readings like muscle mass and protein mass as higher / better than the Renpho which is expected considering my daily 200g protein intake (Renpho had my protein classed as insufficient) and I’m quite muscular with higher than average fat so I think it’s probably accurate / correct with all of the other readings. Both me and missus were able to set up accounts and measure ourselves separately with no issues but it was trying to add her data to my app, think it may have been because I had my app open while she on the scales but I simply deleted her data and it caused no issues with her saving it on her app. I’m really looking forward to getting some daily data measured and seeing how it affects all the biomarkers as Renpho just seemed to move the markers in line with the weight I.e I got heavier so all of the markers went up, fat, muscle everything. Vice Versa if I lose weight so I think that was just using a formula based on weight not actually measuring everything. I’m excited to see how the HerzP1 performs. Also for the price I think it’s a far better option than the likes of the expensive withings and hulme devices. It did take 2 weeks for delivery but that was from the USA to UK, so quite expected really. I got a little concerned after reading some bad reviews when my product didn’t arrive within a few days as stated when ordered but I contacted customer services and they were fast to respond (considering the time difference), they refunded the £7 delivery charge without me asking and they were great with communication so no reason to believe some of the bad review on trip advisor.

I received the scale within a few days. The app was easy to use and the scale was easy to set up. I didn’t have any problems at all. I’m looking forward to all the measurements I will be able to track.

This is the best scale I have ever owned. My other scales you would have to weigh several times I usually would take the middle number and track it. I don’t care how many times I step on the scale. The weight is always the same within that five minute period of getting off and on, and I love the other things on it for measurements for your rest of your body health took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but I’m 65 years old and not real high-tech savvy I would recommend this scale to anybody. Most accurate scale I’ve ever owned.

Just received the scale and noted when I opened the package that I had received 2 scales. I mistakenly had ordered 2 scales. Called customer support and they were very helpful and the extra scale is on the way back. I was impressed with the service and had a real person helping me.

The Smart Scale was easy to set up out of the box and to connect to the app. In just a few minutes of other arriving I had more data about my health than I've ever had before. To get info on other just on your weight and BMI, but muscle mass and fat % is extremely helpful. Very happy with the purchase.

Just did my first way in and I love how user-friendly the app is. Love that I could add my husband and my mother-in-law who live with me so that we can get healthier together.

Liked the simplicity of set-up and it was affordable. Read about the amount of data the scale provided, but still surprised at how much data and how well it is displayed. Also, really like how you can print out a report with all of the data and send it from the app to your computer.

The readings of the different areas are awesome. I've only had it for a 1.5 months and have found discrepancies in muscle mass on left & right sides, I've been correcting it and feeling better. The scale itself is great. If that's the only HERZ P1 product you're planning on using, go for it. I bought the ring just after Christmas and just recently I wanted to add the scale for more biometric data, so I bought it. They use two separate apps, sure I can connect to Apple health but I don't wear my watch 100% of the time. I don't understand the two separate apps that don't integrate. If HERZ gets both the ring and the scale and all their products really, in one app this rating would go to 5.

Just received the scale. It was easy to set up and weighing the dog was a fun bonus.

I like the look of the product . What I do not like however, cuz there should have been a manual, I have to figure out how to add my clients how to clear it, had a basically do functions that a beginner would do I'm an older person and I'm not up to the technological skill that a lot of people are so for the price I don't think there's a lot of written direction. However I did have some questions and emailed you guys and the response was fast so that's a real plus thank you.

Great design, easy-to-use but I do wish it the app gave you more information about each metric. Ideally more graphs that are easy to understand. Meal tracking is confusing and not accurate or maybe I’m not understanding correctly. Logging a rice cake with avocado was complicated to do. Then it told me I had 500 kcal which was like half of my calories per day?! I don’t know. I’m confused.

Not sure yet, just setting it up for use. At first glance I like the appearance of the scale.

Scale is great, I like the report but the “ideal weight” it game me in the report seemed unreasonably low; I’m a 6’2” male and it suggested I should be 160lbs. Otherwise very happy with the product.

So far I am very pleased. The app appears to be user friendly except for logging meals. The log is extremely difficult to use and doesn’t allow for multiple food additions for each meal. Please fix! The Bluetooth connection was successful. Looking forward to managing my health with my new smart scale. Hoping the meal log becomes more useful with an app update

Four star for now as I just started using it. It is easy to use and does provide a lot of information, but I don’t know how accurate it is without using it for a longer period of time. Worth trying for the price compared to other scales.

I just set up the scale and health app but have only used it during the set up. A few more days will give me a better feel for how well I like it.

It’s nice and weighed the same as my previous scale. I wasn’t able to get the fat measurements to work as I didn’t have any wipes as instructed. I hope it will work in the future. I have just set it up which was easy to do.

I wish it did not take regular batteries

I was filling out the online warranty card and it asked for a review for a free bonus. Seems premature since I only got it yesterday 3 weeks late. The setup was easy and the first data seemed good. I am looking forward to using it.
