It was easy to set up. The step rate is higher than my phone steps in the Steps App. Sleep does not track correctly. I went to sleep at 11:30 PM, fell asleep promptly. Woke up at 2:30 to use restroom, went right back to sleep. The ring says I only slept from 2:30 - 7:00. It did not track my best sleep in those 3 Hours from 11:30-2:30. My deepest sleep! I have only used it for a day, so it may improve.

Measurement is a little off and ring is a little looser than expected. Was expecting ring to come charged to set up and pair right away. Otherwise set up seems fairly straightforward. Just not finished until ring charges. Not sure yet!
