Customer service was great, but there was no sizing kit available when I purchased, and it took a couple tries to get my size right.

Have only worn it for 14 hours but steps seem a little behind what I’m tracking on my Fitbit. Hoping it adjusts as it learns me Fit is good. Charging is easy. Looking forward to see how often charging is needed
Ordering was an easy process. Shipping was a little slow. Sizing guide is a little off, the ring is a little big for the intended finger.
Delivery time to long
Just received today 5/16/26. Completely charged and app installed around 8pm est. Happy with the fit, thank goodness I sized up. Kind of bulky for those who are curious. I’ve had it on about 20 mins so only time will tell. Hopefully I can remember to post updates after 30 days
The set up is easy. The app gives the option to change measurement methods (ie- pounds/kg). You can also choose what you want turned on (heart rate, sleeping, pulse ox). My only problem is the sizing. 6 of my fingers are a size 6 and I verified them using the size chart before ordering, but the ring barely fits one of my fingers. My hand has to be cold to get it on and off. I recommend sizing up as a result of my experience.

I have had this ring for about 9 months. I did notice the battery going down much faster than the noted 6 days, usually only a couple. I asked Herz and was told to charge differently, etc. I did all the suggestions they had. I continued to use the ring but noted it did not capture exercise like it did when new. Again, contacted and they ended up sending me a brand new ring. While the ring was not quite as I expected, the customer service was great. I am currently charging my new ring and will let you know :)
