Easy to set up& charge, good fit, took longer than expected to arrive.

I do like the design of the ring and the setup was wildly simple. Not sure I like the app’s low rating or the lack of transparency around what the ring is tracking, but certainly worth checking out!

Love the ring, this is my 3rd one. Only dislike is it stops holding a decent charge after 6 mos or so, hence the multiple purchases.

Though it took quite some time to receive my order, i would like to point out that the company refunded a charge of $99 that was not supposed to happen - BEFORE I even noticed. Thank you for that! Responses to emails were prompt and I was kept informed about back order in the explanation of the delay and for that communication i appreciate. After downloading the app, it’s quite simple to use. I have played around with it to see how all the features work and it seems to be very user friendly. The ring i ordered is a tad big, it stays on my pointer finger though id prefer a tighter fit. I measured repeatedly as instructed to choose appropriate size so I must of been a little off?? It’s pretty, and the covers for it were simple to put on. It feels odd right now to wear but then again i don’t wear any rings on my right hand. So far so good. 4 stars for the fit being off. Everything else is great.

I just received the ring. I had received the wrong size and I did get a replacement but it did take some time. Ring seems comfortable. I believe it is a good value. Haven’t used it long enough for a better review.

I bought this in gold almost a year ago and it worked great then it recently only stayed charged for a day and didn’t always track so I ordered another one because when it worked it was great.

I like that the design on the outside is simple. Which makes the ring appear timeless. Something that I’m not too keen on is that it feels a bit bulky. Overall, I believe this is a great product.
