Arrived much quicker than expected. Feels a bit “plasticy” out of the box. Setup was easy. Will update when I've worn it a bit.

It took a little while to get my ring due to high demand, but once I got it, I’ve loved it. I did have to get a different size. I’m working on getting to set up now, so hopefully it’s easy. The look and feel is great so far!

No dislikes so far. Customer service was very responsive and helpful when I had issues. Set up was easy and fit is good. Looking forward to seeing how well it works and how accurate it is.

Have only had it about a week. Ring feels comfortable. I'm a little disappointed in how long it holds a charge. I have reduced the # of items I am tracking and hoping this helps. I also wish the app had better visuals to quickly see days of information and track patterns. It seems to be a very good value and the set up was easy and the fit is comfortable.

It was marked as shipped and sat for a while. But once it moved I got it in a few days. It is lightweight and comfortable. I honestly have not hand it long so it could go up/down depending on how it is. The set up was a little weird at first but easy once you understood what it was asking. I wear a ring size 8 and doing the measurements of told me to buy a size 11. I could have gotten away with a 10 on the size 8 finger. The sizing is different be sure to measure.

The fit is very comfortable, however trying to get to this survey was too much back-and-forth and I can’t give it a five right now because I still haven’t figured out how to set it up.

I ordered the wrong size but customer service worked with me to return for correct size.

Not sure what your looking for

The fit is good. However the app is a bit confusing to set up. I had two rings in my house and it’s not clear which one my app is connected to. Haven’t had it long enough to know how accurate it is.

I find the band too thick and a little uncomfortable. Also, I should have ordered a size bigger so it would fit the index finger and have more room. Beside that, it I find it nice looking. I haven’t had time to see how it works. Shipping took a little longer but nothing crazy.

Bit tricky measuring to order right size, had to go larger that ring dize, so ended up fitting on different finger that planned.

I didn't download the user manual the first day I started wearing the ring & now I can't seem to find it so I can download it. I'm getting frustrated that your website isn't intuitive. It's more about selling and less about customer service.

Tracking number was unavailable the entire time it in transit. I was only able to access it the day the tracking number was sent. Other than that it looks to be what I ordered.
