Just came in! Ring fits comfortable.

Great value but a little difficult to get size correct the first time.

The measuring guide was a little confusing which lead to me ordering too large or a ring, but not bad.

Easy setup and so far it is comfortable. I had to return because the first one was too big. It took over a month to get a replacement and I had to call to get it moving.

The shipping could have been faster. Nice packaging. Sizing is slightly off (smaller than the expected). Haven’t used it yet. Just trying to activate the warranty. 😅

Like the ring itself, though mine seems to need to be recharged about every 20 hours. Dislike: your websites.

The set up is easy. The app gives the option to change measurement methods (ie- pounds/kg). You can also choose what you want turned on (heart rate, sleeping, pulse ox). My only problem is the sizing. 6 of my fingers are a size 6 and I verified them using the size chart before ordering, but the ring barely fits one of my fingers. My hand has to be cold to get it on and off. I recommend sizing up as a result of my experience.

So far so good my rings are charging. Good to actually have them in hand now.

I have had this ring for about 9 months. I did notice the battery going down much faster than the noted 6 days, usually only a couple. I asked Herz and was told to charge differently, etc. I did all the suggestions they had. I continued to use the ring but noted it did not capture exercise like it did when new. Again, contacted and they ended up sending me a brand new ring. While the ring was not quite as I expected, the customer service was great. I am currently charging my new ring and will let you know :)

Comfortable and easy to set up. Too bad I have take it off every time I wash my hands. But otherwise, I like it so far. Only had it for a week.
