My main goal for buying a smart ring was to track my sleep statistics, and the Herz P1 does not disappoint. It shows me the total number of hours I slept, how many hours I was actually awake during that time, my REM sleep, light sleep, and deep sleep. It will even track my medical stats such as average heart rate, body temperature, and average blood oxygen all while I’m sleeping. Then it will take all of these numbers and give me a Sleep Score up to 100%. It is extremely comfortable, and I don’t have to worry about constantly checking my battery because it will let me know when I need to charge it again, usually after six days.

Love my new ring and can’t wait to see the results.

I've had this ring now for 5 full days now. I was initially nervous of it coming due to me not normally wearing rings. I bought the ring quick due to it being on sale and quickly measured the finger I wanted it on. When it was delivered the size of the ring was slightly too big for my index finger. But after trying it on my thumb, it fit perfect. After wearing it for a while now, I actuslly prefer it that way. The reason I bought the ring was due to me not liking wearing my smart watch to bed as I find it uncomfortable. And it didnt track things like sleep or body temp etc like the Hertz P1 does. And this is absolutely perfect. I really like the simplicity of the amount of data its tracking considering the price range of this. As a male in my mid-30s I wanted something stylish that was also not too "girly" or overstated. The black really does look spot on and naturally goes with many looks. The ring is so easy to set up, as is the app. In the 5-6 days I've had it I've charged it once when it reached 30% as I was going to work and didnt know it would last. I use my garmin watch for tracking activity so don't really use the ring for this feature. But I really recommend the product.
