It was an easy set up. We got the wrong size at first and Jess and Paula were amazing. I sent the rings back. It was easy and they sent replacements right away. It is comfortable

Slightly delayed in delivery, but I was kept well informed and it arrived soon enough. I was very satisfied with it for a few days, and then it just stopped working. I have raised a support request for an exchange, so we’ll see how that goes.

I shipped in time and I haven’t put it on yet tbh

Just got it and all I want to do is activate the warranty I paid extra for. Don't love the pressure to leave a review. Especially so soon after receiving. You wanted honesty... there ya go.

This is my first week with the Smart Ring and so far I am enjoying it. The size 13 is slightly bigger than the sizing ring but still fits rather well. I have been comparing my Herz P1 with my FitBit

Ordering was easy - communication on delivery was not working

It took more days to arrive then promised and I have not used it yet but am doing this for the warranty.

I measured my finger I plan to wear it on. Got it mainly for blood pressure reason for summer and work. Makes it go up. Just got my ring and is thicker than expected so it is tighter than what I measured my finger at.

It is smaller than the traditional ring sizing, making for a tight fit. I also had to wait a month for it to arrive. However, it looks great. I’m interested to see how it holds up.

I ordered the wrong size ring initially and was sent out another one in the correct size promptly.

Great value for the specs you get! Shipping took a bit long but it has an easy set up and a comfortable fit :)
