New to smart rings, chose this one based on feedback and no monthly fee. Customer service has been very good, as I had to return original size. Very helpful and fast replacement.

Originally ordered a size 13 based on their measurement instructions. My order came and it was WAY too small! Turns out it was actually a size 6 ring in a size 13 box. Customer service was very slow about responding, but they did eventually suggest getting their sizing kit, which I did. Per the sizing kit, I actually need a size 10, which they did ship out quickly and made the exchange process easy. My size 10 arrived today and it’s currently charging. I’m really excited to use it!

I've only worn it one day but so far so good. Setup was very easy and it's comfortable. I did have to exchange for a smaller size than their ring sizer had indicated but it was pretty easy to do so. Customer support was responsive.

App set up was easy, but the initial activation was a little confusing, the pamphlet says it’s charging if the red light is blinking however mine never blinked, and would not charge at all on the cord it came with. Thankfully, I ordered the fast charging box and that worked.

Honestly the ring is pretty good and comfortable. I’ve put it through some freezing water and it still functions well. It measures heart rate and steps taken fairly accurately too. For my women out there, it also helps calculate period and ovulation. Technically it is a sleep tracker as well and so far for the week I’ve used it, it has not been very accurate. It definitely doesn’t properly know when I sleep and when I wake or just how long I sleep in general. So for sleep tracking, go with a smart watch or higher quality smart ring.

Sizing was a bit difficult but customer service took care of the exchange no problem.
